Kamelia Todorov - Registered Psychologist

Meet Kamelia

Accredited Practising Psychologist - Adelaide

Kamelia is a registered Psychologist here at Nourished and has been working in the field for over a decade, graduating from the University of Adelaide with a Master of psychology. Similar to most practitioners here at Nourished Kamelia’s approach as a Psychologist is eclectic in nature and informed by a variety of evidence-based interventions.

Being the experienced practitioner she is, Kamelia has several years’ experience working as a senior psychologist and manager in the prison setting with both male and female offenders. Kamelia has worked with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse individuals, and with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, within and beyond the criminal justice system and is rightly very passionate about this area of work too.

Kamelia has a background in the areas of educational assessment, supporting young people, tertiary-level teaching, problem-gambling and health behavior change interventions, so it is safe to say she works well with those of all ages. Kamelia lives in the Adelaide hills with her dog Kibble who is the love of her life and is therefore really passionate about animal welfare and aims to do as much as she can in this area.
