Matthew has a natural gift for people. He is warm, kind, grounded, and genuinely passionate about helping others reach their best. His leadership style is calm yet confident, built on respect, communication, and a belief that every person deserves to feel valued. He has seen the challenges that participants, families, and support workers face, and he approaches his work with both empathy and action – not just identifying what needs to happen, but stepping in and making it happen.

As our Operations Manager, Matthew oversees the smooth running of our support work services, ensures our team feel supported, and helps maintain the high standard of care Nourished Not Deprived is known for. His background in support work business ownership means he understands systems, logistics, growth, and people management deeply. He knows how to build strong relationships, solve problems proactively, and lead with heart.
