Introducing Nimaya – Your Compassionate Guide to Mental Wellness!

Nimaya is not just an Accredited Practising Occupational Therapist; she’s a beacon of hope in the realm of mental health. A graduate of the prestigious Auckland University of Technology, Nimaya earned her stripes with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and a Diploma in Mental Health and Addictions in 2018.

At Nourished Nimaya provides face to face therapy with participants in the outskirts of Melbourne CBD, and is also available via telehealth Australia wide!

Nimaya’s journey in mental health occupational therapy has been shaped by her invaluable experiences in the trenches of acute mental health wards. From the Te Whare O Matarangi Unit to the Capital and Coast District Health Board’s Tawharimatea Unit, and with Adventure Development Ltd, Nimaya has honed her expertise, emerging as a stellar mental health clinician.

Within Nourished Not Deprived, Nimaya handles a predominantly complex caseload. Her skills are finely tuned to address both Pediatric and Adult mental health therapy, predominantly working within the intricacies of neurodiversity.

When Nimaya isn’t navigating the delicate nuances of mental health, you’ll find her defying gravity on a hoop or immersed in a book, with her ever-wise cat by her side.
