ROSE GOLDSMITH (she/her) - Accredited Practising Dietitian (Chronic Illness, Diabetes, Neurodiversity)

Meet Rose

Accredited Practising Dietitian - Newcastle & Online Dietitian

Meet Rose!

Rose is our Newcastle & Hunter region Dietitian, graduating from the University of Newcastle Callaghan. Being new in the profession Rose undertook an internship here at Nourished before beginning work within the Newcastle & Hunter New England region for Nourished.

Rose works in our face to face clinics based in Charleston, Singleton and Cessnock of NSW, and is also available via telehealth Australia wide!

Rose believes in moving more away from the scales in her sessions, rather than towards them in most cases; as she wants her clients focusing on other measures of health, such as seeing their energy and mood improved in between their sessions.

You can guarantee that Rose will not pass judgement on your eating behaviours. Instead, she aims to help you reach your goals without that common feeling of guilt, teaching you to enjoy the foods that you love in the process.
