Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment with Nourished Not Deprived, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to attend, the deposit will be converted to a cancellation fee, and you’ll be charged the full consultation fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will also incur a fee equal to 50% of the full cost. These terms apply to all appointments to ensure fairness and consistency.

Please note that for NDIS participants, our cancellation and rescheduling policies may differ in accordance with NDIS policies. You can access the detailed policies through the service agreement provided during onboarding. We prioritise transparency and compliance with legal requirements to ensure a positive experience for all clients. By engaging with us, you confirm your consent to receiving telehealth therapy services and acknowledge our policies and associated risks outlined in our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Consent notices. You retain the right to refuse services at any time.
