  • Nourished cooking classes run virtually
  • 2 – 2.5 hours in the kitchen with us by your side
  • 4-5 different healthy recipes each Sunday
  • Leave with 15-20 meals and/or snacks for the week ahead
  • All recipes and shopping list provided the day prior
  • Nourished catering to your food preferences and budget needs
  • Get the kids involved to increase skills and involvement in the kitchen
  • Specific childrens class for cooking skill development

Where do I sign up?

Nourished cooking classes run every Sunday at 10am with Dietitian Rose (and the occasional celebrity guest Dietitian Bronte). If you would like to book in, or learn more you can get in touch with us today!
