Standard Guidelines
Consider the following: 

  1. Omega 3 provision
  2. Switch to Lower GI carbohydrates (provide Low GI resources
  3. Provide plate portioning guidance
  4. Weight loss may be beneficial ( >10% can place insulin resistance into remission)
  5. Apple cider vinegar – 30 ml daily, spread out between meals.- right before a meal.
