Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 20g of protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 130ml milk of choice
  • Chocolate chips/squares of
    chocolate of choice

Directions

  1. Blend banana, oatmeal, protein powder, baking powder and milk until smooth.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips to the batter.
  3. Pour mixture into greased & lined oven proof bowls and place chocolate squares on top.
  4. Bake in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 mins or until the top is golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool and enjoy!
