Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of vanilla flavoured protein
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2-3 small very ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • Reduced fat yoghurt, berries & maple syrup (to top)

Directions

  1. Place vanilla protein powder, oatmeal. mashed banana, milk and cinnamon into a food processor. 
  2. Blend until mixture is smooth. 
  3. Scoop mixture out of blender and place on medium heated pan in your preferred pancake sizing. Make sure pan is oiled. 
  4. Turn pancakes when the top layer begins to bubble and cook until underside is golden brown. 
  5. Top cooked pancakes with Yoghurt, Berries, Maple Syrup.
