Biscoff Overnight Oat & Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 30g Macro Mike Caramelised Biscuit Protein (really any caramel-y protein will do, just adjust the milk quantity)
  • 30g Chia Seeds
  • 30g Rolled Oats
  • 250mL Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 15g Biscoff Spread
  • 100g Banana (sliced ‘n diced)
  • 1-2 squares of dark chocolate (chopped up)

Directions

  1. Add chia seed, protein, oats and almond milk to a bowl or jar and stir to combine. Put it in the fridge to let it set overnight or for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Once it’s set: add banana, melted Biscoff and chopped chocolate on top
  3. Enjoy!
