Chicken Pesto Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 pizza bases: (Can use lebanese bread, pita breads, whole grain tortillas, souvlaki breads)
  • 1/2c mozzarella cheese
  • 50g cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 8 grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2c spinach and/or rocket
  • 2tbsp Basil pesto

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Place 1tbsp of pesto per pizza base and spread evenly.
  3. Evenly divide the toppings among the two pizza bases and bake in the oven for 10 to 12 min or until golden brown and crispy around the edges and the cheese has melted.
  4. Enjoy 🙂
