Choc Raspberry Overnight Weetbix

Ingredients

● Two Weetbix, finely crushed
● 1⁄2 cup milk of choice
● 180g natural Greek yoghurt
● 15g protein powder
● 1 tsp maple syrup
● Raspberries to serve

For the chocolate sauce
● 2tsp cocoa powder
● 1⁄2 tsp maple syrup
● 1tsp hot (not boiling) water

Directions

1. Combine Weetbix and milk of choice in a serving bowl. Spread the mix over the bottom of the bowl and flatten to create the base (like a cheesecake)
2. In a separate bowl, combine yoghurt, protein powder and maple syrup until smooth and creamy. Pour over Weetbix base.
3. To make the chocolate sauce: In another bowl, combine cocoa powder, maple syrup and hot water until smooth. Drizzle over the yoghurt mixture and carefully swirl through with a spoon to create a ripple effect.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with raspberries and enjoy!
