Chocolate Covered Fruit

Ingredients

  • Fruit of choice
  • Chocolate of choice

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the fruit of choice if necessary.
  2. Prepare desired toppings (nuts, toasted coconut, etc.).
  3. Prepare your workspace with a parchment lined baking tray to place the dipped strawberries on.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave – depending on what is convenient for you.
  5. Dip your fruit of choice in the pre melted chocolate, the chocolate should still be hot.
  6. Coat in desired toppings.
  7. Lay the fruit on prepared baking sheet and allow them to rest until the chocolate has set or place in the fridge for faster setting!
