Spaghetti Bolognaise with a Twist

Ingredients

  • 500g Turkey mince
  • 1 cans chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 tins of whole tomatoes
  • 1 @leggosau stir in sauces
  • 1 big bunch of spinach
  • 1 TBSP garlic
  • @sanremopasta (I would’ve used the pulse pasta, but we didn’t have any so white it is!)

Directions

  1. Add olive oil & garlic to a medium heated pan and cook Turkey mince until lightly browned.
  2. Add chickpeas and sauté until browned.
  3. Add tinned tomato’s + stir in Leggos and spinach.
  4. Boil water and cook pasta as per instructions until Al dente.
  5. Bring sauce to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened.
  6. Drain pasta and coat with a drizzle of olive oil (to prevent the pasta from sticking)
  7. Serve!
