Teriyaki Prawn Noodles

Ingredients

  • 400g Hokkien/ Rice Noodles
  • 400g Prawns (Alternatives – Chicken, Tofu, Tempe, Paneer, Quorn)
  • 1 Jar Marion’s Classic Japanese Teriyaki sauce
  • 400g Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
  • 10ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Garnish with Crushed Peanuts, Shallots, and Chilli (Optional)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Heat up the Olive Oil and Pepper in a pan on a high heat.
  2. In a separate bowl soak the Noodles in boiling water and set aside for 4-6 mins.
  3. While the noodles are soaking, add the Frozen Vegetables and Prawns to the preheated pan and stir fry for approximately 5 mins.
  4. Drain the noodles and add to the pan with the Teriyaki Sauce and cook for a further 2-3 mins
  5. Serve into a bowl and add the garnishes if desired.
