There are several problems we focus on resolving at Nourished Not Deprived. In our industry, we have identified many issues such as low remuneration for the complexity of work being performed, inappropriate referral placement, and lack of flexibility, causing inability to look after one’s own personal life when needed.
The lack of support, no recognition for the work one is doing, and lack of care shown by employers of the health and wellbeing of the healthcare professional themselves is not something we practice at Nourished not deprived. Instead, we focus on fixing these problems.
