If you or a family member is experiencing prolonged feelings of sadness, anxiety, or frustration, or if social interactions, school, or work feel especially challenging, therapy can offer essential support and guidance.

Yes. Research shows Telehealth Psychology is equally effective as face-to-face care. Many people find it easier to open up in their own environment, and families value the convenience.

No referral is required. You can book directly with Nourished Not Deprived. However, your GP may provide a Mental Health Care Plan for Medicare rebates, and psychology is often funded through the NDIS.

Yes. Our Psychologists involve families, carers, and support workers where appropriate to make strategies practical, consistent, and sustainable across daily life.

Our psychologists personalise each session based on the individual’s unique needs, personality, and goals. We use a variety of approaches—including cognitive-behavioral strategies, play therapy, and mindfulness—to make sessions engaging and effective.
