My counseling session feel like I am have a chat with one of my best friends. Right from the start I have felt that I was in a safe space that I was not the one with a problem or that it was my fault that things were bad enough that I needed to see someone. While I did start counseling for one reason but most of my sessions have been about different things altogether I have been able to use the tools I have been given to deal with the issues I did talk about to help with the original reason I sought out counseling. Because I have felt so safe and feel I have grown in so many different ways I have felt comfortable to pass on the company’s contact information to another person I felt could use the services you provided. Thanks Divina for making my counseling session a fun safe experiencePosted on Google![]()

My son has been seeing Divina for over a year now and because of her he’s a different child in the best way. I’ve seen his confidence, mood and emotional regulation improve in ways I didn’t think was possible. Every week on ‘Divina day’ my son is at that computer after school waiting for their session. She goes above and beyond for us and I really attribute a lot of his newfound coping skills to her. I could not recommend Nourished, and specifically Divina highly enough, looking forward to many many more years working with her.Posted on Google![]()

Nourished Not Deprived is an organisation unlike any other I have come across. Bronte Williamson (Director), is so genuine, down to earth, knowledgable and supportive and she always goes the extra mile for staff and clients; you can tell how meaningful this work is to her. As Nourished Not Deprived's first Speech Pathologist/Feeding Therapist it has been so wonderful to watch the team grow and expand, meaning that we have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of more individuals and families who need it. I truly feel very proud to work with NND and I would recommend it wholeheartedly to prospective clients or Allied Health professionals as a workplace.Posted on Google![]()

I recently had the pleasure of working with Stephanie for an occupational therapy assessment, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Stephanie's professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. The assessment was thorough and detailed, and Stephanie took the time to explain every aspect, ensuring I understood the findings and recommendations. Her report was comprehensive and insightful, providing clear guidance for the next steps. I highly recommend Stephanie and of course Norished for anyone in need of an occupational therapist.Posted on Google![]()

I engaged Nourished Not Deprived as an NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach. As OT's are not easily accessible regionally, my participant and I opted for a mental health telehealth OT. Telehealth was no barrier- From start to finish, (admin: Ebony was also extremely informative and helpful) Nourished has been a breeze to work with. Clinician Jayme Lough has produced the most accurate, in depth and NDIS focused functional capacity assessment I have ever read. Jayme adeptly got to know my participant, with the utmost professionalism and understanding. When there was a sudden time constraint from the NDIS, Jayme prompted responded to me and ensured she met the deadline. Not only that, but then also ticking every single box which included NDIS & mental health focused language and knowledge. Jayme also identified barriers and support needs accurately. Whatever the result for my participants review tomorrow, I am appreciative to you Jayme and genuinely appreciate your dedication.Posted on Google![]()

A Telehealth dietitian is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who provides nutrition consultations online through secure video or phone. They offer the same expert dietary advice, meal planning, and evidence-based support you’d receive in a clinic — but without the need to travel.
Sessions take place via a secure video link or phone call. You’ll discuss your health goals, medical history, and lifestyle with your dietitian, who will then provide tailored strategies and resources. Meal plans, shopping lists, and follow-up support can be delivered electronically.
